Courses are designed for associates at all levels whether they are first time users to the system or are experienced and looking to take advantage of new functionality. Our knowledgeable Client Services team will educate your production staff on the functionality and performance potential of our software to maximize productivity and reduce operational risk. All of our instructors are experienced former fund administration professionals, so your employees get hands on training from people who know the ins and outs of your business.

We offer over 20 training courses and will work with you to customize a curriculum based on your business needs. Courses run from full-day to multi-day sessions and can be held in your offices, in our offices or remotely via Web-ex.

Operational Consulting

Operational consulting services provide clients with a review of system utilization, workflow, and procedures. Clients receive a full report detailing issues and recommendations on the following topics:

General Check-Up

This general review of a client's system utilization involves a workflow analysis, bottleneck identification, analysis of each processing area, and a review of off-line work being currently performed.

Specific Functional Reviews have a much narrower focus and zero in on certain areas of processing (e.g. trade entry and upload, pricing function, etc.). Work and information flows are closely analyzed in our recommendations and suggestions.
