MFact is a client / server, open-architecture application utilizing an Oracle database. The application runs in a standard Microsoft Windows environment. MFact is highly scalable and can be accessed from a single PC or set up to support dozens of simultaneous users on a local area network (LAN). MFact can also be used in conjunction with certain Internet applications to enable Wide Area Network processing. Also available as an ASP (Application Service Provider) model utilizing Citrix, MFact can be installed on Linedata's equipment which Linedata hosts. While customers are still responsible for day-to-day operations, Linedata handles IT administration and certain system administration operations. Disaster recovery arrangements are included as a standard feature.
